Read religious books
We all belong to religions and we have got religious books which are being read by the people of our religion. If we read, we would not lose anything. All religious books are guides and give us much to learn. When we read these religious books, we start thinking about God, His powers, His way of working and then we start knowing that there is luck system and that luck is written by God and if he has written some bad days for us, we are bo body to save ourselves. We shall have to pass through those bad days and those days of sufferings cannot be reduced nor could be written off. When we read religious books, we come to understand that our forefathers too had been suffering and they could not avoid suffering.
When we come to understand that our life is full of happiness and full of sufferings too and when we enjoy life, we should learn how to bear all those sufferings too. The religious books are telling us that when there are bad days, good days are knocking at our door and the period of sufferings could not be more than the share which had been prescribed for us and we shall be out of these sufferings very shortly. These things which come to us through religious books make us strong and we face bad days with a hope that good days are ahead and these thoughts shall lessen our sufferings and we shall be bearing all the bad events of our life. And till we are reading religious books, we shall be tension free and we shall be full of hopes.
